joy harvell

Joy joined the staff at Rosemary in August 1992 as a part-time bookkeeper. In January 1997, she assumed the position of Administrative Assistant and Financial Secretary.  

Married in 1982, Joy and her husband have been blessed with a wonderful son and daughter-in-law, and two amazing grandchildren. In her spare time, Joy enjoys spending time with her family and friends (especially her grandchildren), as well as cooking, gardening, and relaxing at the beach.
