Rosemary Baptist Church is looking for a part-time Youth Ministry Director. Our ideal candidate will be gifted in teaching youth, have the ability to oversee the youth program, and can work with our gifted volunteers.

• Develop and implement a vision for the youth ministry.
• Consult with church leaders in planning, conducting, and evaluating a youth ministry and enlisting appropriate volunteers.
• Advise in the use of program materials and equipment needed by the youth and children’s ministries. 
• Plan special projects, trips, and retreats as necessary.
• Coordinate youth outreach.
• Serve as a member of the Church Council.
• Be available to counsel youth and their families during times of crisis.
• Other duties as assigned by the Senior Pastor.

This position is considered part-time personnel and not eligible for vacation, holiday and sick pay.
